Launched on September 6th, 2019, EboniGram Magazine is a venture of Efilon Media. It aims at bringing together black and brown voices from all over the world. The idea is to give people of African descent the opportunity to engage ideas from across national and regional boundaries.
The mission of EboniGram is to highlight black/brown issues of moment in politics and governance, black foreign policy and diplomacy, and culture, information, business and technology, as well as in several lifestyle topics.
Our writers monitor the affairs of power and governance in the black world from a global perspective. The idea is to bring out the good, the bad, and the ugly of our reality. The aim is to engage audiences in the discussions that help us make sense of our world and experiences, as black/brown people.
What issues of global significance are making waves in black society? What are the economic, social and political battles being fought by black/brown people on a global perspective? How are we winning them as a people, and how are we mitigating losses? These are the questions we answer for our readers, or help them make sense of.
The black world is a world of culture. Ours is a world replete with civilizations that have transformed almost every aspect of human history. EboniGram Magazine follows black culture, whether in the arts, sciences, technology, or business, to create a space where we can speak with power and honor. We, also, seek a space where the exchange of our cultural values and contribution to the world cannot be gagged, but should flourish to place our footprints in the sands of time.
Every aspect of our community is of interest to us. From entertainment to sports; cuisine to costume; from beliefs to aspirations, we follow each one of the things that define us as a people. We scale the Black World!
